Solid wood products are sanded on large-format leveling sanders with high precision before surface treatment. The edges are applied with pre-milling. We place emphasis on quality. We purchase materials and raw materials from renowned manufacturers and verified suppliers. Our production processes and workflows adhere to ecological and environmental principles.
Pracujeme s nejrůznějšími materiály a komponenty, využíváme nejmodernější technologie a precizní postupy výrobních procesů. Výrobky z masívního dřeva jsou před povrchovou úpravou broušeny na velkoformátových egalizačních bruskách s vysokou přesností. Hrany jsou nanášeny s předfrézováním. Klademe důraz na kvalitu. Materiály a suroviny odebíráme od renomovaných výrobců a ověřených dodavatelů. Průběh výroby a výrobní postupy jsou v souladu s ekologickými a environmentálními zásadami.
We produce furniture in a modern and ecological way. Environmental responsibility and the desire not to burden the health of people and children living in our interiors obligate us to use materials ideally free of chemical pollution. We primarily use wood from local forests near our production facilities. Over the past few years, we have planted and are maintaining new forest areas of several hectares. When we must use engineered wood panels or hardware, we exclusively select products made in Austria that meet the highest environmental standards.
Thanks to our unique manufacturing technology, we achieve formaldehyde emission levels six times lower than the strictest German standard; selected materials contain zero formaldehyde. You therefore need not worry about your health or that of your loved ones.
